Charles Skinner has built a 30 year career in property development and investment internationally. Working independently since 1990, he has developed and managed a diverse portfolio, specialising in identifying opportunities and unlocking value through redevelopment and strategic repositioning.
He began in London, focusing on residential acquisitions and refurbishment, before expanding into Paris and Berlin, where he established portfolios, led condominium conversions and delivered new build residential developments, including multi unit schemes. His current work in the South of France centres on the transformation of both historic and industrial properties, with a continued focus on long term value and regeneration.
